The Start Of 30 Things.

So... there are the '30 day' challenges floating around and such. I figured I would do something similar. So. It actually reminds me of the assignments that we would get in High School English. 'Pick and topic and write..." or something like that. Okay.

Topic/thing/day 1: A Picture of Me with 10 facts about myself.
(consider your self warned.)

1: My socks never match.
2: Basketball is my favorite to play. Football to watch.
3: My family is the best in the WORLD!!!!!
4: I have been super lucky with the friends I have.
5: Yellow is my favorite color.
6: I like lists.
7: Fall is my favorite season.
8: My favorite scar looks like a dimple.
9: Sometimes when I eat I wear a bib because I can get uber dirty.
10: I get tired of my vocab so I look up synonyms for the words that I use all the time.

Okay okay.  So I wanted to tell about my amazing ... Monday and Tuesday!!! They were so BOSS!!!!

MONDAY:   My mom, my sister, and I worked on fixing up our house and getting to a stopping point before we loaded up the car and headed south. Destination: St. Geez. Motivation: TEMPLE TRIP!!!!!!! Amazing!!  So we are all excited and driving down there. And... finally arrive. I must admit I was a bit impatient. You see... I have a this amazing friend who lives down in the southern area. I was exploding out of my skin with excitement to see her again!! I believe that she is one of the most amazing people in the world!!! I was roommates with her best friend from High School and she came to visit when her friend/my roommate was having a hard time. She was just simply amazing. She is the sweetest, kindest most thoughtful person I know. She moved into my apartment when I moved out but I was over there all the time so we became good buds. She moved back to the southern area though and I didn't get to see her much. So... I was SUPER excited to see her!!!!!!! It was a blast!!! Another reason that I love her so much is because she is one of those people who changes your life for good in an amazing way! She has taught me faith and to trust in the Lord. She taught me how to care deeply for others. She taught me how to be a better person! She has taught me so much and I feel indebted to her! She really is amazing! I wish everyone could have friends like her in their lives!!

TUESDAY: We actually attended the temple!! It was amazing! Then we came on home!! And ... worked on the house some more!!!

Blessed, blessed two days! The Lord loves me very much!!

This kid is amazing. He made this up on the spot. He is a friend of a friend. My friend was telling him about "Kyla". She taught us lots about the ways to eat food. So this song came out of our conversation. I vote that its pretty epic.

I am so excited to do this triathlon except things keep coming up so I cant swim. It doesn't help that I am a terrible swimmer. So I might drown trying. Or look like this. either or.
